Abstract

This study aimed to examine the concept of organizational transparency and its relationship with trust and loyalty in government health institutions, as perceived by employees. A questionnaire comprising 26 items was developed to assess organizational transparency within these institutions. The validity and reliability of the instrument were confirmed. The study sample consisted of 233 employees, randomly selected, and statistical tools such as arithmetic means, standard deviations, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and multiple linear regression analysis were employed to address the research questions. The findings revealed a statistically significant relationship between organizational transparency and the independent variables of trust and loyalty. Additionally, the results indicated no statistically significant differences at the significance level of (α<0.05) in the average levels of organizational transparency practiced within the institutions. However, statistically significant differences were found at the same significance level in other aspects. The study recommended enhancing awareness of organizational transparency among employees in health institutions by providing training on transparency practices and sharing institutional experiences and successes resulting from the adoption of transparency practices.
